Refund Policy

We accept qualifying returns of new defective and non-defective merchandise and consider exchanges. Request review within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective return must be new, unused and in original condition.

Request and approval

Email itsdeelegend@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. Include photographs or video for damage, defects, an incorrect item or missing parts. Wait for approval, the correct return address and mailing instructions before shipping.

Label, fees and exchange

A free prepaid label is included in the parcel for an eligible mailed return. Ask for help if it is missing. We charge no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on approval and available stock.

Refund timing

Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method. The bank or issuer may require additional posting time. Applicable statutory rights remain available.
