How long does fulfillment take?

Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days after authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch.

May I return an unused item?

Yes, when it qualifies as new and unused. Defective goods can also be reported, and exchanges are accepted subject to review. Start within 30 days of delivery.

What is the return process?

Obtain approval, then use the confirmed directions and free prepaid label included in the package. There is no restocking fee. An approved refund is initiated within 10 days.
